“There is a whole world to explore alongside limited edition physical and digital products you have to see to believe,” writes the company in a tweet

Notably, this is not the first web3 initiative introduced by Puma. The brand launched its virtual space Black Station in September 2022. The 3D spatial playground currently features a futuristic lobby and three rooms that host immersive virtual fashion shows.

The metaverse venue aims to connect existing and potential consumers with the brand’s web3 activations, including ones that will come in the next years.

Puma is not the only sportswear brand to release web3 initiatives. In November 2022, Nike launched its web3 platform called .SWOOSH. Since then, the company has collaborated with RTFKT, developed a Footbellverse dubbed “NIKELAND,” and introduced its first NFT collection
